Work Ethic
When I embark on a new creative partnership with a director, my aim is to have consistent and clear communication in order to provide the highest quality product possible. By frequently providing updates and demos, I assure that I stay consistently aligned with the directors vision. Most importantly, I strive to cultivate an enjoyable and creative collaborative experience.
Hannah White - Director of 'Deep Dive'
“Leon's contribution to the film was tremendously helpful in generating the powerful atmosphere of the sea and laying the groundwork for the dramatic chase sequences in Act 3. He was able to capture the film's vibe making it fascinating and suspenseful, working in time to the animations. He provided variations for us since the first animatic draft until the final animation, whilst remaining engaged with the film and asking for progress updates. His approach to his job was very professional, meeting deadlines and accepting comments in a pleasant and helpful manner. He has excellent communication skills and was not hesitant to ask the group for assistance if he needed it. His work was of professional quality, and he was able to provide his own unique touch to inspirations from other movie soundtracks we gave him. He was able to provide the music for the film we had envisioned and more, making for a really enjoyable experience."
Sophie Dique and Thalia Sellers,

Samuel Pope, Director of 'Accomplice'
"Leon is a great collaborator and is able to catch onto the tone of your project very quickly. He is a very approachable person when it comes to critiques and changes which is a huge help. The quality from draft 1 to the final mix of the score was top notch and I would recommend Leon to anyone looking for a composer."
Kae Bahar, Director of 'Where Was I' and 'Skala'
'Working with Leon is wonderful, his deep passion and dedication to the music he scores allow for a productive journey of discovery that always surprises me as a director.
